For Domain Registration, charges should pay in Advance [ 100% ]. Once Domain Booked or registered it will not change & domain cost will not be refunded. The period of Domain will be for 1 year from starting date. Each and Every Year Domain Name have to be renew. Domain Activation will take 24 hours to activate

Web Hosting, Domain Terms: For Web Hosting a/c all charges should be pay in advance. We are providing domain with our web hosting plans, if you didn't pay hosting charges then your a/c may be deactivated then Prime Infotech is not responsible for any loss which you will face. If your want to register only for domain then whatever domain charges we charge should pay in advance & this will not be refundable. Domain Cost is not refundable. Prime Infotech have all rights regarding your domain and web hosting if you didn't pay your charges.

No Refund Policy [ No Moneyback policy]: Prime Infotech is not providing any refund between your hosting period. There is no refund money back policy provided by Prime Infotech. So if you wish to transfer your web hosting order or domain to another hosting provider then Prime Infotech is not responsible for further issues. There is no Trial period we are providing for web hosting.

Website Design terms : For Website Designing over 10 pages you have to pay 50% in advance, remaining 50% within completion period of website, Website Desiing charges should pay within 1 week of the completion of website. For 5 - 10 pages website have to pay all charges in advance.

Website Programming / E-commerce : Web Programming Charges should pay in advacne. Its depends on the work of site. In big portals or website programming atleast 70% payment should pay in advance.

Renewal of Domain and Webspace : You have to pay the cost of domain renewal & webspace in advance before 8 days of expiry of website space & domain.

Email Marketing / SMTP IP : If you want to use our SMTP Ip service, then smtp ip cost you have to pay in advance. Also Email Marketing cost have to pay in advance. You have to strictly follow Terms and Conditions for using our services.

SMS Marketing / Short Codes / Long Code : If you want to use our SMS Marketing, Short Code and Long Code service, then our service cost you have to pay in advance. Also You have to strictly follow Terms and Conditions for using our services.

Very Important :- If you didn't pay your Hosting & Domain Charges within in 8 days your Hosting a/c has been suspened or finally deactivated. So pay your dues on time.

Search Engine Optimization : Search Engine optimization cost shopuld pay in advance. we submit your website to major search engines.

For Web Promotion or SEO, all money should pay in advance. We submit your website in TOP Search Engines Like Google, Yahoo, Msn, Altavista & other search engine directories. We are not giving gurantee for quick search engine ranking, it will take 12 weeks time.
